How long does the approval process take until I become an member?
Fill out the sign-up form in a few minutes and we will review your application within our next working days. You will receive an email on the result of your application and you can begin your journey with us by logging into the members portal.
How are referrals tracked?
Upon acceptance into the MB Rewards+ program, you will receive access to your own affiliate dashboard where you can manage your personalized links and/or coupons.
When customers purchase using your link or coupon, the sales will be credited to you and therefore earn you commissions.
Especially with links, even if customers don’t place orders on the first visit, your affiliate cookie will be stored in their browsers and devices - which still earns you commissions when they later purchase as long as the cookie hasn't expired.
When and how do I earn rebates?
When you successfully refer an order, we will validate these orders and credit the rebates into your account within 3 working days.
Our members get paid fortnightly. Member can choose to receive their rebates through cash (PayLah/PayNow/Google Pay) or in store credit.
How much rebates can I earn per order?
Rebates are calculated based on the order value placed by your referee as well as the network level.
A direct referee will earn you a 3% rebate by default. For network level 1-4, the rebate will be 80%, 50%, 30% and 10% respectively of the default 3% of order value.
What are network levels?
Network levels are in-direct referral made by someone you referred. Network level 0 are direct referrals wile Network level 1 - 4 are indirect referrals.
E.g. You referred Mandy and Mandy referred Chloe. You are now at Network Level 1 and will earn 3% rebates for all orders made by Mandy and 2.4% (80% of rebate %) for all orders made by Chloe
